2011 Saab 9-3
The initial models of the 2011 Saab 9-3 is not fully up to the mark with regard to the features as well as with regard to the performance and speed rendered by the engine. The bright thing about this model is the SportCombi Wagon which has come up with ample cargo space along with unique styling offered in 9-3X guise which is why the name given to the model as Saab 9-3. Elevated ground clearance has given a great relief to the drivers of this vehicle. The combination of aero trim and sharp steering both has managed giving controlled body motions.
Three body styles made available in 2011 Saab 9-3 namely the Sedan, convertible and finally the wagon named as the SportCombi which we have been discussing so far are sufficient enough to cover the customer segment. While the first two body styles are available with the 2.0T and the aero trim levels the SportCombi has been provided with an additional feature of all-wheel drive trim that has been the reason for naming it technically as 9-3X. All three body styles have the standard front-wheel drive but two of the models that came in the sedan body style have an added design of using the AWD otherwise called as the dubbed XWD.
In the base design 2.0T Sedan model one could find the 16 inches alloy wheels, heated mirrors, keyless entry, rear fog lamp to help people driving in cold countries, automatic climatic control with support for two zones, cruise control, leather upholstery, speaker system with 7 speakers gently arranged in the system, a CD player support, auxiliary audio jack giving complete comfort for people crazy about listening to music while on drive and lumbar adjustment provided in the 8 way power driver seat. All these features ensure that Sedan is the most preferred version in this model at the best economic price.
The convertible design has the 17 inches wheels in addition to what sedan has and the 9-3X/SportCombi has taller ride height, unique trim both on inside and outside along with the roof rails. Of course few other features that are countable for buying the Saab 9-3 are the 8 way power passenger seat, heated front seats and auto-dimming mirror on the rearview. Few highly sophisticated features are the Base surround sound system with the additional 6 CD changer, Bluetooth facility, OnStar and the satellite radio. There is lot more to say about the power trains and performance. Safety is also well taken care through the side airbags, traction and stability control. All these features would let it go for few more years in the market without having to do any major uplifts.
